PAUL Jackson, of Brant Howe Residential Care Home, Kirkby Lonsdale, is seeking approval to convert nearby property The Tree House into seven extra bedrooms for elderly residents. The home is "very popular" and has to turn people away "on a weekly basis", state plans with South Lakeland District Council.
