A van was set on fire in Rishton.
Fire crews from Hyndburn were called at 22.46 on Saturday after receiving reports of a vehicle on fire in Talbot Street.
It is believed the van, a Fiat Doblo, had been driving down Hermitage Street before it crashed into several other vehicles, then drove round the corner onto Talbot Street.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: "CCTV in the area captured what happened and two people were seen jumping out of the van before setting it on fire.
"On further investigation it was discovered the van was uninsured and unregistered."
Crews were in attendance for around an hour while they dealt with the fire.
An investigation is now underway.
