A TEENAGER had to be hospitalised after a car knocked him off his bike and drove off.

The victim, a 16 year old, was cycling on Bulford High Street at around 2.40pm on June 6, when the incident occurred.

The cyclist sustained a fractured wrist, cuts, and bruises to his body.

The driver of the vehicle did not stop at the scene.

PC Myles Scott said: "A member of the public kindly came to the aid of the victim and we would like to speak to this person as they may have information which could assist our investigation.

"If you were in the area of Bulford High Street on the afternoon of 6 June and have any information or dashcam footage, please contact us. I'd also like to appeal directly to the driver of the vehicle to come forward, attend a police station or call us on 101."
