TWO men seen breaking into Boundary Mill were disturbed by security as they were stealing more than £7,000 worth of perfume and aftershave.
Blackburn magistrates heard Samuel Horsfall had also committed handling, theft and fraud offences.
Horsfall, 38, of Burnley Road, Colne, pleaded guilty to burglary at Boundary Mill Stores, theft of a purse from a car and using contactless bank cards from the purse on two occasions, and handling a Stihl strimmer and a Boardman bike which had been stolen in a burglary at commercial premises.
He was committed in custody to Burnley Crown Court where he is also due to be sentenced for other matters on June 13.
