OPPONENTS of a proposed housing development in Ingleton have reiterated their objections to the plan.
The original application for the construction of 13 houses on land behind Panwell Cottage and Spring Cottage in the village was submitted in early 2018 and turned down by Craven District Council last July.
However, an appeal against the refusal has now been lodged and Historic England and CPRE North Yorkshire have both confirmed they have submitted further objections to the application.
“Local residents who joined CPRENorthYorkshire asked for our help and we gave it,” said the CPRE statement.
“Local people need to be listened to and heard.”
