Thanks for service have been offered by Kirkby Stephen Town Council
VOTES of thanks were offered by Kirkby Stephen Town Council at their April meeting to Cllr Trevor Ladhams, who has stepped down after serving five terms over 20 years, and also to Cllr Valerie Kendall who has announced she will no longer be representing the town as a district councillor.
