SOUTH Lakes District Councillor Sheila Capstick, who represents the Sedbergh and Kirkby Lonsdale ward, has donated £500 of her £1,000 locality budget to Sedbergh Football Club, with the other £500 split between Dent pre-school playgroup and Kirkby Lonsdale RUFC.
