THE Mall Blackburn is promising a week of crafty free fun during the school half-term holidays.
From Saturday, February 16 until Sunday, February 24, activities will include making fairy-tale puppets, knights and dragons key-rings, glitter globes and superhero scratch art.
All activities are free, with an optional donation to The Mall’s current charity of the year Theo’s Warriors, which supports children and their families through a cancer diagnosis and beyond.
Loraine Jones, general manager at The Mall Blackburn, said: “While the days are getting noticeably longer the weather is still mostly miserable and the February half term holidays can pose a real problem to parents and carers looking to keep the kids entertained.
“As ever, all our events are free and children can take their creations home with them.
“We look forward to seeing children enjoying themselves throughout the holidays!”
The free sessions will take place between 11am and 4pm in Victoria Court outside Burger King.
The line up of exciting activities is as follows:
Saturday, February 16 - Knight and dragon key-rings
Sunday, February 17 - Fairytale puppets
Monday, February 18 - Finger spies
