POLICE are hunting a man wanted in connection with domestic -related theft and criminal damage.

Gary Sculpher, 32, from Blackburn, is wanted over an incident which is alleged to have happened at a property close to the town centre.

Police said that during the incident a mobile phone and broadband router were stolen and several ornaments were smashed.

Police have issued the appeal as part of Operation Moorhen, which aims to find and arrest people wanted in connection with incidents of domestic abise.

Sgt Mick Aspden said: “We are asking for the public’s help locating Sculpher and would ask anybody knows where he is not to approach him, but to contact us as soon as possible.”

He is described as white, around 5ft 7ins tall, of medium build, with shaven dark brown hair, brown eyes and facial hair.

Anyone with information on Sculpher's is asked not to approach him but to call police on 101 or email forcecontrolroom@lancashire.pnn.police.uk, quoting log number 1158 of January 26.
