ANOTHER man has been charged with the murder of a father-of-four from East Lancashire in the West Midlands.

Akarsh Tasleem, 23, was initially remanded to appear before Walsalll magistrates, in connection with the death of Yasir Hussain, from Nelson, on December 4.

Mr Hussain, 34, was stabbed to death outside a Chinese takeaway in the Lower Gornal area.

It is understood that his car was rammed by a grey van and it crashed into the shop, immediately before the alleged attack.

Tasleem, of Broadway West, Walsall, has also made a brief appearance before Wolverhampton Crown Court, and has been remanded in custody to await trial.

He is also charged with possession of a bladed article.

Nabeel Choudhary, 20, of Hope Street, West Bromwich is still in custody awaiting trial over Mr Hussain's murder.

Four other men, also arrested on suspicion of murder, have been released under investigation by police.

One woman, detained on suspicion of assisting an offender, has been released in similar circumstances.

Investigators are still appealing for assistance.
