A ROAD has reopened after two cars crashed into each other.
Police had blocked off Bacup Road leading into Newchurch Road in Stacksteads after a red Mini and a red Toyota Corolla car crashed at around 10.35am.
It was closed for around an hour-and-a-half.
There were two police vans at the incident.
A police spokesman said no one had suffered any serious injuries and no one was arrested.
Motorists were advised to use Booth Road as an alternative route in and out of Stacksteads.
