THIRTY new homes are being proposed for land off Kendal Parks Road, Kendal, by Russell Armer Ltd.
The developer is seeking consent from South Lakeland District Council for the dwellings, to include five starter homes with two or three bedrooms, and five affordable rented flats and houses.
The 1.8 hectare site is earmarked for housing in the local plan and is bounded by Oxenholme-Windermere railway line and Natland Mill Beck.
