A FORMER winner of World's Strongest Man will be presenting a talk on his life later this month.
Eddie Hall will be visiting Darwen Library Theatre in two weeks time to talk through his journey from being a young rebellious child to his 'insane' diet and training regime.
It included consuming 12,000 calories per day to maintain his 30 stone plus body and four hour gym sessions.
Mr Hall, who starred in the Netflix documentary, Strong Man, went on to win World's Strongest Man in 2017. He was the first Brit to win the title for 24 years.
The evening event is being hosted by former professional Rugby League player, now sports presenter, John Lebbon.
It will be held in the Knott Street theatre on November 28 from 7.30pm.
Tickets will cost £28.50 in advance and can be purchased online via www. darwenlibrarytheatre.com
