A MAN who was caught shoplifting admitted offending to fund his heroin habit.
Daniel Walker, 36, of Hollin Bridge Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to stealing property worth £35 from Wilko and property worth £26 from TK Max.
He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months with a nine months drug rehabilitation requirement and 10 days rehabilitation activity requirement and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.
