required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons

Application No: 2018/19190/REM. Proposal: Approval of the
appearance, landscaping, layout and scale as reserved by condition in
outline consent referenced 08/2014/15067 for 16 dwellings for Carr &
Stocks Developments Ltd. Location: Felstead Low Bentham Road High
Bentham LA2 7BP Reason(s): Does not accord with the provisions of
the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the
application relates is situated. Is a Major Development proposal.
Application No: 2018/19283/LBC. Proposal: Part demolition of

Affects a Scheduled Ancient Monument Does not accord with the
provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land
to which the application relates is situated. Would affect the route of a
public right of way.

Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management,

no later than 7th June 2018. All comments received will be available
for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along
with the application details. However, we will endeavour to
prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from
appearing on the comments published on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for
a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of
representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the
Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment
at the appeal stage.
Decisions are normally made within eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for
major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically
