SAMMY McIlroy wore a contented smile after Morecambe finished their debut Football League season with a top-half finish.The Shrimps threatened to ruin the MK Dons championship party at a packed stadium:mk and drew 1-1.They could even have claimed all three points but McIlroy beamed: "They were fantastic."MK Dons are ba good team and we have come here and played really well and could easily have claimed all three points."We have finished in the top half of the table and that is a great achievement in our first season - but we want to kick on to the next level."
