Lancashire coach Peter Moores has named a 12-man squad for today’s LV County Championship fixture against Worcestershire at New Road.
The squad includes the same XI that drew with Notts at Old Trafford last week, plus Sajid Mahmood, who returns to the fold following England Lions duty.
Captain Glen Chapple is confident ahead of the game and said: “I’m happy with the way we have started the season.
“To be four wins and one draw in all competitions is a great effort.
“Our one-day form couldn’t be any better, three wins out of three, and in Championship cricket we are one from two, including a good draw against a good side in Nottinghamshire.
“We go to Worcester full of confidence and will be hoping to come away with a positive result.”
Lancashire (from): Tom Smith, Paul Horton, Ashwell Prince, Francois du Plessis, Mark Chilton, Steven Croft, Luke Sutton, Kyle Hogg, Glen Chapple, Gary Keedy, Oliver Newby, Sajid Mahmood
