ROVERS' legend Kevin Gallacher wants the Ewood fans to come up with some new songs - and has thrown down a challenge.

In his Lancashire Telegraph column today, Gallacher wrote: "There is no doubt the crowd can play a huge role.

That is why it is so important the Blackburn Rovers fans get to Ewood on Saturday and make the place as intimidating as possible for a very good Tottenham side.

"As a former footballer myself, I know how that noise from the home crowd can drive you on.

"You may be focusing on the game on the pitch but you can sense the drone from the crowd.

"The problem Blackburn have is they have always had someone they could make songs about.

"Now, because there are so many foreign players at the club, they don’t really fit into the traditional English terrace chants.

"I think it is time a supporter tried to come up with an orginal song to try and get the crowd going again."

The Lancashire Telegraph has come up with some of their own terrace anthems but can you do any better?

  • (To the tune of Que Sera, Sera)

Gael Givet, Givet, He’s better than Ashley, So sign him up permanently, Gael Givet, Givet.

  • (To the tune of Oasis – She’s Electric)

Stephen Warnock, We know he can shoot and he can block, The Premier League is now in shock, And he needs more time.

He once was a Scouser, But now he is truly a Rover, Bet you wish he was still yours Rafa, And he needs more time.

  • (To the tune of Lord of the Dance)

Roque’s as good as you can be, Even though he wants to be at City, And if he scores goals like it used to be, Roque still will be top of the tree.
