LANCASTER City aim to get back to winning ways after their midweek hammering by Skelmersdale United when FC Halifax Town arrive at Giant Axe on Saturday.
The Dolly Blues were thumped 5-2 on their own patch and now face Halifax in an intriguing game as the Shaymen look to clamber their way back up the football pyramid.
The West Yorkshire club, a Football League side a decade ago, were demoted from the Blue Square Conference for financial irregularities at the end of last season.
They did face life in the Northern Counties East League until they gave UniBond bosses guarantees they would be able to start the season on time.
But their start to life in UniBond Division One didn’t quite go to plan as they were hammered 3-0 by Bamber Bridge at the Shay on Saturday.
They did, however, manage to draw a 1,500 crowd and a decent travelling support is expected to make the journey over the Pennines.
The Dolly Blues are on the road themselves on Bank Holiday Monday as they head to Curzon Ashton.
Both games kick-off at 3pm.
