ALBANIAN international Besart Berisha can complete a £340,000 move to Burnley after receiving a work permit.
A panel made up of Home Office officials and representatives from the Football Association and Football League met today to review the case and this afternoon approved the deal.
The 21-year-old wide man had agreed a three-year contract before the hearing and will meet up with his new team-mates when they return for pre-season training on Wednesday, July 4.
