CYCLISTS are being invited to a party to celebrate a landmark change in the law.
It is now a year since pedalling along Morecambe promenade became legal as historic byelaws were lifted by Lancaster City Council.
An anniversary party is planned on the promenade on Sunday (May 11) to mark the date.
Bikes, trikes, tandems and scooters and their owners are urged to join the event from 11am.
