A RECENT dispute with Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has been resolved, and I wish to thank Coun John Slater (Fernhurst Ward) for his help and support given to myself and the family.
The electorate of the Fernhurst Ward have, in John and his mother Jackie, two dedicated councillors who are committed to doing all they can to help if called upon to do so.
Our sincere congratulations to John on his appointment to the council as an executive member.
