ANOTHER good idea from our friendly private finance initiative, dip into the pockets of those who need to park their cars for health treatment and others hoping to cheer up loved ones in hospital.
No matter how small the increase, it's yet another expense to the general public of which the majority have little money to spare.
PFI' is a true expert in this field, not a very friendly act to perform on any group, but then profit comes before people these days. I wonder what the final money figure will be to us when the time is up.
