Major trade show for Lancashire shopkeepers

A MAJOR event is set to take place for retailers.

The Independent retail Show is the National Federation of Retail Newsagents’ new flagship national trade exhibition, and the first show will take place on October 28 and 29 at the NEC in Birmingham.

Local shopkeepers are hoping to organise a free coach to the event.

Suleman Khonat, the North West President of the NFRN said: “The show is shaping up to be the best NFRN event yet, and will be full of ideas and opportunities to help you increase your sales and profits, making it a not-to-be-missed two days.

“In order for the free coach service to take place, a minimum of 35 members need to commit to attend the show and be willing to travel on the transport provided.”
