TWO suspected football hooligans from Burnley have been barred from attending England’s match in Denmark tonight.

The two men, aged 19 and 25, were ordered to hand over their passports to police, who will keep them until tomorrow.

Police believe the pair were involved in football violence.

Bail conditions have been imposed barring them from leaving England or Wales until their next court hearing in March under the Football Spectators Act.

PC Diane Murphy, from Lancashire Police’s football banning order unit, said: “We believe that these two men have been involved in repeated disorder at a number of football fixtures.”
