A TEENAGE boy who was dragged from his mother’s car and beaten by a gang of youths outside his school has been released from hospital.
The 15-year-old was taken to Airedale General Hospital after suffering head injuries in the attack outside Colne Primet High School last Tuesday.
Police said the boy, who was punched and kicked several times during the attack, spent several days in hospital, but is now recovering at home.
It is understood he was getting into his mother’s car when he was attacked. Police are still keen to hear from any witnesses.
Three boys, two aged 15 and one 17-year-old, were arrested on suspicion of assault and released on bail.
