WELL and truly up to the Marks & Spencer!
That's the company's store in the Mill Gate centre, Bury, which has been presented with a top cash prize following a company-wide standards competition to find the most motivated staff, the best dressed store, the best Christmas welcome and speedy restocking.
Stores were divided into four categories so that each one could be judged against others of a similar size and type.
A prize of £20,000 will be divided between the four winners, and staff will decide how the money is spent.
Retail director Barry Stevenson said: "The standard achieved by the team at the Bury store was outstanding."
Kathryn Milburn, Bury store manager, said: "I'm very proud of what my team has achieved."
