GO to Morecambe, Fleetwood or Cyrpress Point, and you'll see some lovely sculptures. Go on the South Promenade and you'll see rubbish that's cost thousands. This council call it the Frankenstein Projects. What these have got to do with Blackpool I don't know. The Glitter Ball is the only one that looks attractive. Why didn't this council give the Blackpool College of Art a chance to show what they could design for the Blackpool sea front, instead of spending thousands on rubbish. I think Councillor Owen and his cronies should be put inside the Frankenstein and pushed out to sea before they ruin Blackpool altogether. Pathetic.
