IT SEEMS that people do not park in appropriate places in St Annes because, in Garden Street, there are several cars parked on the yellow lines.

One day, as I was trying to cross the pavement, a car was parked where the pavement is dropped and, when I asked him to move, all I received was abuse and even though he was the one who was parked on yellow lines.

The taxis never park on the yellow lines, only stupid motorists, who park where they want to and, after complaining to the police, they have put no-parking cones down this street.

At least it is a step in the right direction but nobody cares where the pavement is dropped for mobility scooters etc .
