BLACKBURN Rovers chairman Derrick Keighley, 49, collapsed and died during a board meeting at Ewood Park, following a suspected heart attack.
Meanwhile Accrington councillors said they were powerless to stop the 17th second hand shop in Blackburn Road being given planning consent.
