YOUNG performers in Nelson are bidding for a place in the grand final of a Stars in their Eyes talent competition.
They have already made it through the audition stage and will battle it out at Burnley Mechanics Theatre, on Saturday, July 31.
Budding pop stars from other areas in Burnley and Pendle will also be taking part in the competition, which has been organised by Brunshaw Action Group and is being backed by Pennine Police.
The heat is being held at Edge End School, on Friday, at 7.30pm, and 15 will be perform.
