A 51-YEAR-OLD Rossendale woman has appeared before Bury magistrates accused of punching another driver through the window of his car during a"road rage" incident.
Jane Lisberg, of Stables Close, Rush Bed, near Crawshawbooth, denied assaulting Michael Devereaux causing actual bodily harm and elected trial by jury at crown court.
The alleged assault was said to have occurred during the incident in Pilsworth Road, Bury, earlier this month.
The case was adjourned to August 17 when Lisberg will be committed to stand trial at Bolton Crown Court.
