Radcliffe Borough 1 Bamber Bridge 2: BAMBER Bridge were the latest club to take all three points from Stainton Park.
Boro conceded two soft defensive goals inside the first 20 minutes, as they struggled to string together any form of cohesive play.
With three central defenders injured, Borough's patched up side could not handle Bridge's aerial power and Danny Mills, after two minutes, and Chris Ward, on 18 minutes, headed the visitors into a commanding lead.
Manager Kevin Glendon sent on all three substitutes at half time and Ciaran Kilheeney, on loan from Droylesden, pulled one back in the 59th minute but, despite a big imporovement, Borough rarely threatened.
Irish foward Kilheeney is the cousin of former Boro favourite Joe Connor. He began his career at Manchester City, then moved to Exeter City.
Droylesden signed him from Mossley in August 2003, but he broke his leg at the start of last season, which kept him sidelined for the whole season.
