ASTLEY & Tyldesley Road Runners will be hosting the club's second 'Gin Pit 5' Trail Race on Sunday, October 24 at the Miners Welfare Club, Ley Road, Tyldesley.
The club are also hosting a 2 mile fun run for those who feel they cannot get round the 5 mile course.
The club have already had lots of entries from runners all over the North West, both experienced and novice, plus local runners who just want the challange of running their local race. All finishers for both races will receive medals.
The 5 mile race starts at 11am and the 2 mile fun run starts at 10.30am and runners are recommended to pre-enter as 150 runners are expected.
