GHOST hunters are wanted to spend the night in one the most haunted places in the North to raise money for charity.
Cancer treatment charity The Anthony Nolan Trust is looking for people to sleep over at the Winter Gardens theatre in Morecambe.
There are a dozen places left on the event planned for Saturday, October 18.
The night includes a guided tour of the theatre, detailing real-life experiences, followed by a ghost-hunting workshop with paranormal investigators, psychic experiments, mediums and séances.
The Winter Gardens, which was featured on TV’s Most Haunted with Derek Ancora, is supposedly haunted by a theatre manager, a grumpy male who often tells people to move along in the balcony and a Victorian woman in one of the boxes. Participants will be asked to raise sponsorship of at least £125 for the charity, which is also urging more young men to join its bone marrow register.
For an entry form, text “FUN Winter” and your name and address to 60003, register online at www.anthonynolan.org.uk or call 0151-428-3992.
