The fire service was called to a derelict building fire in Bacup today (March 21).
At around 6.20pm, four fire engines from Burnley and Bacup were called to Heys Street.
The fire service was in attendance for around 50 minutes.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: “At 6.18pm, on March 21, four fire engines from Burnley and Bacup attended a derelict building fire on Heys Street, Bacup.
“Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for 50 minutes.”
