Claims by a former finance officer from that she was sacked for not believing in God will be contested further in December.
An industrial tribunal in Manchester has adjourned the religious discrimination case, of Karen Deighton, of Ellesmere Avenue, who is taking on Colne Open Door Centre.
Mrs Deighton says she was victimised and constantly preached at after raising a number of concerns about how the Christian social centre was run.
But the centre's lawyer Ian Lovejoy says Mrs Deighton had problems with accepting the authority of centre community development manager Stella Holmes.
