PLANS to regenerate an old mill in Brierfield do not allow for enough parking spaces for the future residents, say highway chiefs.
Proposals to convert Lob Lane Mill, off Clitheroe Road into 61 apartments, and build 38 homes on the site of a weaving shed, will come before the Brierfield and Reedley committee on Tuesday.
But Lancashire County Council's highways department says not enough parking spaces have been identified for a scheme of that size and are advising councillors to refuse the bid.
