Former Santander, on St James's Street, Burnley
PLANS have been submitted to convert a former bank into an American diner.
Miss Francesca Southern, of Wycoller Avenue, Burnley, has put forward a proposal to Burnley Council to create a new American restaurant in the town centre.
She wants to convert the old Santander bank building which is located next to Skipton building society and Blue Lagoon gaming centre on St James's Street.
The applicant plans to create a diner that will seat 45 people inside the 103m square space.
If approved, it would also include outside seating, display and counter at the front of the shop.
