APPEAL: High risk Blackburn woman who is heavily pregnant could be in Bulgaria
POLICE are appealing for any information which may help them in locating high-risk Blackburn woman Shanaid Jeal.
Ms Jeal is heavily pregnant, and officers have reason to believe she may have travelled to Bulgaria.
If you know Ms Jeal and have any idea of where she may be, please contact the police immediately on 101 quoting her name.
