TRIBUTES have been paid to a grandmother with a 'positive attitude and a generous heart'.
Patricia White, from Great Harwood, died on Wednesday age 86 in a private care home.
She was the 'much-loved' mum of Shirley, Philip and stepdaughter Jenny, and had four grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.
She worked as a cashier at Williams Deacons bank in Accrington and then at the NatWest bank in Great Harwood, before working for Brian Hartley Accountants in Great Harwood.
A statement from the family said: "Pat was a wonderful person with a positive attitude and a generous heart and she was devoted to helping and caring for others."
Her funeral will be held at St Bartholomew's Church in Great Harwood at 11.15am followed by committal at Accrington Crematorium.
