A MAN has been stabbed following an alleged disagreement with his brother.
Police were called to Wolseley Street, Blackburn at 11.30pm following reports of a stabbing.
A police spokesman said a man had been stabbed in the arm following an argument.
He said: "It was an argument between two brothers which ended with one of the men being stabbed in the arm.
"It was a minor stabbing and he was not taken to hospital as he refused an ambulance.
"The other man has been arrested and is currently in the cells."
