THE DUKE and Dutchess of Cambridge have welcomed a baby son.
The new prince arrived at 11.01am, weighing 8lb 7oz, Kensington Palace announced.
Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge has now left the Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital to go and collect the couples other two children, George and Charlotte to meet their new baby brother.

Kensington Palace said: "Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 1101hrs.
"The baby weighs 8lb 7oz. The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth.
"Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well."
Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, travelled with Catherine to the Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital, Paddington in central London this morning.
The baby prince or princess will be fifth in line to the throne, the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh's sixth great-grandchild and a younger brother or sister for Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Kensington Palace said: "Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was admitted to St Mary's Hospital, Paddington, London, earlier this morning in the early stages of labour.
"The Duchess travelled by car from Kensington Palace to the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital with The Duke of Cambridge."
