IT MAY interest Citizen readers to know that this renewed spell of flooding in the British Isles, as well as the possibility of turbulent or extreme weather in other parts of the world was predicted on my web blog at globalhoaxing.blogspot.com around two and a half weeks ago.
It has often been noticed that reduced solar flare activity can be followed by extreme weather. This is exactly what happened prior to the Sheffield floods last month./ Now we have more severe flooding and once again it was preceded by a period of reduced solar flare activity.
On both occasions there was the contrast of extreme heat in other areas of Europe, most notably Greece.
In fact we now have yet another period of amazingly low solar flare activity and it will be interesting to see whether this will result in yet further extreme conditions across the world.
Bearing this in mind it seems obvious that most of the extreme weather noted over recent years can be linked to varying solar conditions but is mistaken for human induced forcing of the world's climate.
