A 26-YEAR-OLD man who wasn't happy with the way he was treated at an Accrington mental health unit smashed a window out of frustration.
Blackburn magistrates heard later the same day David Brian Lowe phoned the police, confessed what he had done and told them to come and collect him.
Lowe, of Spruce Court, Huncoat, pleaded guilty to damaging a £450 window at The Mount NHS.
He was sent to Burnley Crown Court to be sentenced after the court heard he was recently made subject to a suspended prison sentence at the crown court.
Gareth Price, defending, said Lowe had gone to the Mount for his regular treatment but felt the lady who looked after him was talking down to him.
"He vented his frustration by damaging the window," said Mr Price.
