THE weather is starting to pick up (well fingers-crossed) and we wanted to ask our readers and amateur photographers to send in their shots of birds across East Lancashire.
We would like to get as many photographs of different birds in the area.
You may be an amateur photographer who loves getting out and about in the countryside getting beautiful shots.
Or you could just get some pictures on your phone of any birds you may see in the garden or out and about.
Why not use our new feature on our website to send us your pictures and news below.
We are looking to feature them in the paper and online. So get twitching or snapping.
SEND US YOUR PICTURES OF KINGFISHERS, CHAFFINCHES AND SPARROWS OR ANY OTHER BIRD
We want you to send in your photographs of different birds you may have seen in your back garden or out and about in East Lancashire in the past few weeks. Don't forget to tell us what birds you think they are and also were you took them and your full name. Thanks to Pam Wilkinson for this shot she took last year for a wildlife appeal in the paper.
