AN 18-year-old man has been left with a fractured skull and a bleed on the brain after an unprovoked gang attack in Blackburn Morrisons car park.
A 15-year-old girl was also injured in the attack which happened at around 8pm on Saturday, December 10.

The male victim was punched and kicked to the floor by a group of around ten people on the ramp area between level one and two of Morrisons car park, close to the Nightsafe building.
The girl was punched in the face when she tried to intervene.
DC 3226 Mark Hutchinson from Blackburn CID said: “This was an absolutely shocking incident that has seen a man, aged just 18, with some pretty nasty injuries.
“To think that this group of both males and females, all thought to be teenagers, have violently targeted this man for no reason makes this all the more disturbing.
“We know that there will have been lots of people about in the car park at that time of day and so I urge any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.”
