ONE hundred pounds' worth of daffodil bulbs are to be purchased and planted in clumps by Carnforth Town Council to bring spring colour to the town.
Town clerk Philip Charnley is to write to Lancaster City Council asking for roadside verges not to be mown until the daffodils have finished flowering.
