HAVING sold out last year’s tenth birthday bash in record time, tickets for the 2016 edition of Kendal Calling are once again all gone.
With Main Stage headliners Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Rudimental, Madness and The Charlatans and a massive supporting lineup including Blossoms, Peter Doherty, Everything Everything, Ghostpoet, Rat Boy, Kelis and Catfish and the Bottlemen heading for the fields next week, this promises to be one of the biggest years for the festival yet.
Set in the stunning surrounds of the Lake District’s Lowther Deer Park, this innovative, independent festival is renowned for more than just music and festival lovers will also enjoy four days of arts installations, comedy, gourmet food, kid’s entertainment and a real ale festival all within the confines of what is widely regarded to be the most beautiful festival site in the UK.
As one of the undisputed highlights of the busy summer calendar, Kendal Calling 2016 ticket holders are in for a weekend to remember.
