A PLEA hearing has been set for a Todmorden man who has been charged with sexual offences in Greater Manchester.
No pleas were entered by Daniel Howley, 25, who is accused of two offences of sexual activity with a child in 2011, when he appeared at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court.
Howley, of Top O’th Close Road, Walsden, was remanded on bail for a plea and case management until February 19. A provisional trial date was identified for August 1.
The allegation was made to the Sunrise Team at Rochdale.
